Prepare the broccoli

Spray a baking dish with avocado oil or olive oil, or drizzle oil into the dish.

Add the frozen broccoli to the dish and spread it out so it covers the bottom in an even layer.

Grate a generous amount of Parmesan over the broccoli, then sprinkle the Italian breadcrumbs on top.

Bake and finish

Spray the top with avocado oil, cover the dish tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
