Cut nori sheets into circles.
Add cooked rice in a 1:2 ratio, washing the rice until the water is clear.
After cooking, add a touch of apple cider vinegar to the rice.
Spray avocado oil on the rice before air frying.
Add garlic powder for extra seasoning if desired.
Air fry at 190°C for 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Prepare salmon mix
Dry and season the salmon filet with salt, garlic, and paprika.
Rub olive oil on the salmon until fully coated.
Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Let the salmon cool before shredding.
Mix in sriracha, light mayo, Greek yogurt, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Let the mixture rest for at least 2 minutes before serving.
