Official Rules — Win a Ninja CREAMi Sweepstakes

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Ninja / SharkNinja. Entrants release these parties from all liability.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes is CarbonHands LLC (“Sponsor”), maker of the ChompPrompt app (@chompprompt.ai). Questions about the Sweepstakes may be directed to outreach@chompprompt.com. Ninja / SharkNinja is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or connected to this Sweepstakes; the Ninja CREAMi is referenced only as the prize.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the U.S., and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

(A) Primary entry method — one (1) entry:

1. Follow @chompprompt.ai on Instagram;
2. Like the official Sweepstakes post;
3. Comment on the post with your favorite ice cream flavor; and
4. Tag three (3) friends you would share it with in your comment.

Completing all four steps counts as one (1) entry. Tagging must be genuine. Do not tag yourself or others inaccurately, and do not tag people in content they do not appear in. Sponsor does not require you to share the post to your own feed or Story.

(B) Bonus entries — five (5) additional entries: Create any recipe in the ChompPrompt app (the free tier is sufficient — no purchase or subscription required), tap Share to generate a public recipe link (chompprompt.com/r/…), and either send that link by direct message (DM) to @chompprompt.ai, or submit it via the official entry form (AMOE route). One (1) valid ChompPrompt recipe link, by either method, earns five (5) bonus entries — the maximum bonus per person (additional links do not add entries). Creating and sharing a recipe is free. The bonus requires the ChompPrompt app, currently available on iOS only; the base entry and AMOE are open to all eligible entrants on any device, with equal odds.

(C) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — one (1) entry, equal odds, no purchase, no social action, no app required: During the Entry Period, complete the free entry form with your name and email address. No purchase, social action, app use, or following is required. Entries submitted via the AMOE have exactly the same odds of winning as entries submitted by any other method.

Entry limits: One (1) primary/AMOE base entry per person, plus five (5) bonus entries per person (for submitting one valid recipe link), regardless of method. Entries in excess of the stated limits are void. Use of bots, scripts, or fraudulent means voids all of that entrant's entries.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, held on or about June 19, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and/or email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing and must respond and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn (time permitting).

6. Prize

One (1) Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): ~$200 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: ~$200 USD. No cash or other substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. Prize ships to U.S. addresses only. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes; because the ARV is under $600, no IRS Form 1099 is anticipated.

7. Releases & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, Ninja/SharkNinja, and their respective affiliates and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their Instagram handle and first name for announcement purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer this Sweepstakes (verify eligibility, contact winners, ship the prize) and is handled per Sponsor's Privacy Policy. The entry form collects only name and email (plus optional Instagram handle and recipe link); the winner's U.S. shipping address is collected only after notification. Sponsor will not sell entrant data. AMOE entrants are not required to opt into marketing as a condition of entry.

9. General

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.
